Caroline is an NRAC-accredited access consultant with 25 years’ experience providing inclusive design advice across built, external, and transport environments. She is part of the British Standards Institute’s Consumer and Public Interest Network (BSI CPIN), and also serves as Vice-President of the Access Association and as a nominated expert on European and international standards committees for inclusive design.
