About our trainer
Vin Goodwin is an NRAC-accredited access consultant with a BSc in architecture, and has worked in access and inclusion for over 25 years. Vin combines his architectural expertise with over two decades of specialist experience to provide consultancy throughout design and construction stages, carrying out access statements and collaborative appraisals. Vin’s work promotes inclusion as a creative process that balances quality and functionality without compromising design aspirations. His consultancy work spans a wide range of projects from small community initiatives to landmark developments including Historic Royal Palaces, Somerset House, and the London Olympic Aquatics Centre and Park.
Vin is also passionate about delivering training that empowers designers and stakeholders with the knowledge and understanding needed to create truly inclusive, well-designed environments. He delivers training on a broad range of topics related to inclusive design, including Design & Neurodiversity, Accessible Housing, and co-delivering CAE’s comprehensive Access Auditing and Equality Act course and award-winning Pathways Academy course.
